Sales Territory Manager Job Description

At Sabre, we're shaping the future of travel by creating innovative technology solutions. Our Regional Sales team is looking for a talented Sales Territory Manager to join our UK office. In this role, you'll be responsible for a territory in the agency sales and account management team, focusing on new business acquisition and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute annual territory sales strategies to drive growth and revenue.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify top opportunities and risks.
  • Negotiate profitable contracts to maximize Sabre revenues.
  • Partner with the sales organization to manage customers and achieve long-term commercial success.
  • Implement effective sales management processes to provide accurate revenue projections and pipeline forecasts.
  • Sell new solutions to existing and new customers to reach regional sales targets.
  • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, positioning Sabre as a leading player in the territory.
  • Provide regular status and activity reporting to leadership.

Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Proven sales leadership and management experience.
  • Extensive understanding of the market landscape, including key players, trends, and challenges.
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen, articulate communication skills, and critical thinking abilities.
