Job Summary

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Resident Care Coordinator to join our team, playing a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to our residents.

In this role, you will work closely with the clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are met, while maintaining a high level of quality care and support.

You will supervise and motivate a dedicated team of Care Assistants, providing guidance and support to help them deliver exceptional care and service.

About You

To succeed in this role, you should have an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

You will have opportunities to develop your career through ongoing training and development programs, and will be rewarded with a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
