As a Front Office Team Lead at ME London Hotel, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our reception department. Your primary responsibility will be to support the Front of House Manager in supervising and coordinating all activities to deliver an exceptional experience for our guests.

The Role:

• Assist in supervising and managing the reception team, including hiring, training, and evaluating staff.

• Ensure that all check-in and check-out procedures are carried out efficiently and professionally.

• Resolve any guest issues or complaints quickly and effectively.

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and satisfactory experience for guests.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of hotel reservations and occupancy.

• Implement and oversee policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.

Salary:

Up to £36,690 plus service charge, offering a competitive compensation package.

Requirements:

• 1 year's previous experience in a similar position in the hotel industry.

• Ability to lead and inspire a team, aligned with excellent communication skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and solve problems effectively.

• Fluency in English.
