Job Description

A skilled Merchandise Operations Associate is required to join our multinational retail organization on an 8-month contract.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining accurate inventory levels by monitoring and controlling stock orders via internal systems.
  • Analyzing weekly sales reports to ensure accurate inventory allocation and fulfill global demand.
  • Collaborating with the Merchandising Team to provide timely and accurate information for international customer requests.
  • Processing purchase orders to meet global fulfillment targets.
  • Maintaining accurate inventory records in Editrack and SAP for all international orders processed through the hub.
  • Reviewing supply chain exception reports and applying corrective action as needed.
  • Ensuring accurate visibility of JDA sales orders for international orders.
  • Tracking data accuracy for all international orders with the international supply chain.

Key requirements:

  • Intermediate Excel skills (Vlookups, Pivot tables).
  • Previous experience as a procurement or inventory role within Retail.
  • Strong analytical and interpretive skills.
  • Organisational skills.
  • Ability to maintain personal behavior aligned with the company's vision and values.
  • Effective communication and relationship-building skills.

The salary for this position is £15 per hour, with estimated annual earnings ranging between £29,400 - £39,600 based on a 40-hour workweek.
