The Role: Our merchandising team at The Retail Partnership Ltd is expanding and we are seeking a dedicated Merchandising Support Associate to support us in achieving our goals. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for assisting our merchandiser with administrative tasks and daily operations, ensuring the smooth execution of sales orders, replenishment stock orders, and order processing on both retail and Ecommerce marketplace platforms.

You will be involved in a range of tasks, including:
  • Supporting the merchandiser with sales order management.
  • Raising replenishment stock orders to the marketplace warehouse when required.
  • Coordinating with logistics teams for timely order processing and fulfillment.
  • Providing critical path management by monitoring stock deliveries and highlighting delays to the team.
  • Assisting with running and analyzing sales reports to inform future decisions.
  • Creating and maintaining accurate product listings on marketplace platforms.

Requirements:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience using e-commerce platforms - Mirakl, Shopify.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

We offer a competitive salary of £27,000 per year.
