Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Merchandising Associate to join our team in Greenwich. As a key member of our sales team, you will provide face-to-face contact and merchandising expertise within our retail stores.

Key Responsibilities

  • Merchandise products according to visual merchandising guidelines
  • Receive and put out new stock deliveries
  • Maintain store appearance and housekeeping standards
  • Support promotional activities and events
  • Develop strong relationships with host management teams to drive sales growth

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a customer-facing setting, preferably in the fashion industry
  • Sales and retail sales experience preferred
  • Access to a smartphone with Android 8.1 or later or Apple iOS 13.4 or later

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £11.44 per hour, free jewellery valued between £25-£55 per month, and flexible working hours with no weekend work. You will also have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and develop your skills and knowledge in a fast-paced environment.

Location and Working Hours

The role is based in Greenwich, and you will be required to travel to different stores within your zone. A full valid UK driving license and access to your own vehicle are essential for this position.
