Payroll Administration Specialist

Job OverviewThis role involves processing timesheets, delivering reports, and resolving payroll queries in a dynamic environment.
- Process timesheets and payments accurately using our technology platform.
- Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly reports to clients as required.
- Resolve payroll queries and action worker requests regarding payments, holiday pay, P45 requests, and other relevant payroll requests.
We are seeking a highly organized individual with excellent analytical skills and attention to detail to manage our payroll processes. You will be working closely with our team to ensure timely delivery of all requested worker payments, holiday pay, and client invoices.
The successful candidate will have some experience in payroll, good communication skills, and an understanding of administration tasks. Opportunities for professional development are available.
