About the Role:
As a Financial Administrator - Payroll with the DJH Mitten Clarke Group, you will play a critical role in managing client payrolls, producing wage slips, and ensuring accurate calculations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in an accountancy practice or bureau, strong organisational skills, and excellent communication skills.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Complete start-to-finish payrolls for a portfolio of clients.
  • Manage and process weekly, fortnightly, four-weekly, and monthly payrolls.
  • Collate and action calculations concerning additions and deductions to gross pay.
  • Input, check, and process new starters and leavers for clients.
  • Produce all wage slips and manage statutory payments.


Requirements:
  • Experience working in an accountancy practice or bureau.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Motivated to deliver an extraordinary service and proactive approach.
  • Fantastic communication skills.
  • Able to thrive in a collaborative and progressive environment.
