This opportunity at Refuge is for a Domestic Violence Support Specialist to provide high-quality advocacy and support to survivors of domestic abuse at the highest risk and their children.
You will work closely with victims of domestic abuse from the point of crisis, ensuring they have access to their rights, make decisions, and increase their life options. The role involves working within a multi-agency framework, prioritizing the safety of survivors.
The post holder will empower survivors by providing emotional, practical, and personal welfare support in a safe, supportive, and welcoming environment.
Travel around Warwickshire for client appointments is essential to the role, therefore use of a car is necessary.
Please note that this post is restricted to women due to the nature of the role.
