Paddox Primary School is a large, three-form entry school situated in a residential area near Rugby. As an exciting time to join our dedicated group of staff, we are looking to recruit a Part-time Teaching Specialist to work in Brambles, our resource provision for children who have Social, Emotional and Mental Health Needs as their primary need.

Working alongside a small team of staff within the provision, you will be part of a larger dedicated team within the main school. Our school has a good reputation and positive ethos, which we strive to maintain and further develop.

We require a specialist teacher with a passion to support the children in Brambles. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing flexible support to meet the needs of students

In March 2023, we received a 'Good' grading from Ofsted, highlighting our pupils' enjoyment and achievement. We aim to create an environment where everyone can thrive, while respecting individuality.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about supporting children with Social, Emotional and Mental Health Needs. If you share our vision and values, we would like to hear from you.

We offer a competitive salary range £25,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. This role provides a unique opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our students and contribute to the success of our school community.
