Job Title: Teaching Assistant - Secondary School

Description: We are seeking a skilled Teaching Assistant to support children in various secondary schools within the Rugby/Warwickshire area. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work effectively with teachers, students, and parents.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist teachers with lesson planning and delivery

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need a good understanding of child development principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching & Learning, Childcare, or a related field would be advantageous.
