About the Position:
This role requires a skilled professional to handle Personal Injury claims, ensuring they are validated, investigated, and negotiated efficiently. You will be responsible for:
- Validating, investigating, and negotiating third-party Personal Injury claims
- Managing and prioritising your caseload effectively
- Making accurate decisions on liability, quantum, and indemnity
- Handling claims in compliance with industry standards, including OIC and MOJ processes, pre-action protocol, and litigation procedures
- Assessing claims with a focus on commercial impact and the best interests of the business
- Identifying and addressing potentially spurious claims
What We Offer:
