Employment Specialists Ltd is currently recruiting for an experienced Claims Administrator to manage Personal Injury claims. This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a strong understanding of insurance claims procedures and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Validating and investigating third-party Personal Injury claims.
  • Negotiating with claimants and third-party representatives.
  • Managing and prioritising your caseload effectively.
  • Making accurate decisions on liability, quantum, and indemnity.
  • Handling claims in compliance with industry standards, including OIC and MOJ processes, pre-action protocol, and litigation procedures.
  • Assessing claims with a focus on commercial impact and the best interests of the business.
  • Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven experience handling personal injury claims, preferably with an Insurer.
  • A solid understanding of rehabilitation solutions and industry procedures.
  • Strong organisational and negotiation skills.
  • Commercial acumen and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 per annum
