We are seeking a motivated individual to join our expanding claims department, where your expertise will be valued and utilized to drive business results. Key Responsibilities:

  • Validate, investigate, and negotiate third-party Personal Injury claims
  • Manage and prioritize your caseload effectively
  • Make accurate decisions on liability, quantum, and indemnity
  • Handle claims in compliance with industry standards, including OIC and MOJ processes, pre-action protocol, and litigation procedures
  • Assess claims with a focus on commercial impact and the best interests of the business
  • Identify and address potentially spurious claims

About the Role:

To succeed as a Compensation Claims Specialist, you will bring:

  • Proven experience handling personal injury claims, preferably with an insurer
  • A solid understanding of rehabilitation solutions and industry procedures
  • Strong organisational and negotiation skills
  • Commercial acumen and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also benefit from working in a highly professional, innovative environment and the opportunity to grow with a company that values input and development.
