About the Role


As a Product Marketing Manager at Reed Exhibitions Limited Company, you will play a vital role in driving growth and market penetration for London Book Fair. This position entails crafting comprehensive marketing plans based on the Event Value Plan (EVP) and broader marketing strategies. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to shape the future of our show and contribute to achieving our marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities


  • Develop and execute a marketing plan for London Book Fair, aligning with the EVP and Portfolio marketing strategy.
  • Establish market size, penetration, and identify growth opportunities across the publishing industry and other creative content-based industries.
  • Propose and implement audience growth strategies.
  • Manage relationships with associations, analysts, influencers, media, and industry bodies.
  • Lead onsite at London Book Fair and represent our brand at external market/industry-specific events.
  • Collaborate on the creation of campaign activation plans, including defined outcomes, with the Marketing Content & Community Executive and the events PR agency.

Requirements


  • Have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Have exceptional understanding of marketing principles and audience growth strategies.
  • Be proficient in establishing market size and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Be skilled in relationship management with external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate solid experience in sales alignment and account-based marketing.
  • Have exceptional communication and analytical skills.
  • Demonstrate ability to represent the brand effectively in various forums.
