About the Opportunity:
We are seeking a skilled Chef De Partie to join our culinary team in a part-time capacity. The successful candidate will work 22.5 hours per week, with 3 nights over 7, between the hours of 8pm and 4am. This role offers a competitive salary of £14.60 per hour, with an additional 95p enhancement for hours worked after 8pm. Our ideal candidate will have experience supervising a team and possess a City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent. A flexible approach to working and a passion for great-tasting food and exceptional customer service are also essential requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare delicious, high-quality food that delights our clients and customers
* Oversee and implement menu changes
* Identify opportunities to improve our food services
* Listen and act on customer feedback to consistently improve our food services
* Support with the creation of new menus and creative food concepts
* Represent Eurest and maintain a positive brand image
* Monitor inventories to keep our kitchens well-stocked
* Oversee kitchen cleaning responsibilities to maintain hygiene standards
