Requirements
  • 5+ years of sales and commercial experience in a similar market and industry.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional initiatives and improve ways of working and commercial outcomes.
  • Fluent Mandarin speaker, with a strong understanding of the Chinese market and culture.
  • Experienced manager, with a track record of managing direct teams and driving results.
  • Commercially knowledgeable, with a deep understanding of the economics of food delivery.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
