Clinical Psychosis Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Psychosis Practitioner to join our team at Essex Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust. The ideal candidate will have a background in mental health and experience working with individuals who have experienced psychosis.
Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of individuals presenting with symptoms of psychosis, including mental state examinations and risk assessments.
- Develop and implement recovery-focused care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Provide evidence-based interventions, including psychoeducation and crisis management, to reduce the risk of relapse and enhance functional outcomes.
Essential:
- Registered mental health nurse or social worker with a minimum of 2 years post-registration clinical experience.
