North East London NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a Qualified Education Mental Health Professional to work within our Mental Health Support Teams (MHSTs). As an MHST Practitioner, you will be responsible for working in partnership with schools to deliver evidence-based individual and group interventions for children experiencing mild to moderate mental health difficulties.

The post holder will have the opportunity to work alongside other EMHPs/CWPs in educational settings, as well as senior mental health practitioners to support learning and development. We offer a robust supervision framework to support clinical development and provide opportunities for career progression.

Our ideal candidate will have completed the HEE/NHSE commissioned 1-year Education Mental Health Practitioner course and have experience of delivering specific therapeutic interventions to children, young people, or their families.

We offer a salary of approximately £35,500 per annum, depending on experience, and a range of benefits including access to Continuing Professional Development (CPD) programs and opportunities for career growth.
