Oaks Hospital, part of Ramsay Health Care UK, is a 58-bed facility that includes 18 ambulatory bays, 4 laminar flow Theatres, and an Endoscopy Theatre.

The Role:

We are currently expanding our Theatre team at Oaks Hospital and are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operating Department Practitioner/ Theatre Nurse to join our team. This exciting opportunity allows for professional growth and development within a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality patient care as an Operating Department Practitioner/ Theatre Nurse
  • Work effectively in a team environment to ensure seamless operations
  • Provide assistance to anaesthetists during procedures
  • Contribute to maintaining a safe and efficient operating theatre environment

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will require current NMC/HCPC registration, proven ability to work effectively in a team environment, flexibility, and a positive attitude. Previous experience with a Theatre team and strong clinical skills are also essential.

Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including 25 Days Leave + Bank Holidays, Buy & Sell Flexi Leave Options, Private Pension where Ramsay will match up to 5% after a qualifying period, and flexible shift patterns available where possible.
