About the Position:

Oaks Hospital is a 58-bed facility offering a range of medical services, including theatre operations. We are looking for an experienced Operating Department Practitioner/ Theatre Nurse to join our team and contribute to delivering exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the anaesthetics team to provide safe and effective patient care
  • Participate in pre-operative and post-operative care activities
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need current NMC/HCPC registration, previous experience working in a theatre environment, and excellent communication and organisational skills. A positive attitude and flexibility are also essential.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including 25 Days Leave + Bank Holidays, Buy & Sell Flexi Leave Options, Private Pension where Ramsay will match up to 5% after a qualifying period, and flexible shift patterns available where possible.
