Role Overview
We are currently seeking a skilled Recovery Nurse / Operating Department Practitioner to join our Theatre team at Oaks Hospital. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our hospital.

About Us
Ramsay Health Care UK is a leading provider of independent hospital services in England, with a network of 33 acute hospitals. We offer a wide range of specialised and efficient clinical specialties, from orthopaedics and general surgery to cardiac surgery and eye surgery.

The Role
As a Recovery Nurse / Operating Department Practitioner, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and effective recovery of patients post-surgery. You will work closely with our experienced theatre team to deliver exceptional patient care and support the smooth operation of our theatres.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have current NMC/HCPC registration, proven ability to work effectively in a team environment, and flexible and positive attitude. You will also require previous experience with a theatre team and strong clinical skills.

Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including 25 days' leave, buy and sell flexi-leave options, private pension scheme, and free parking on site.
