Job Summary

Ramsay Health Care UK is recruiting a Deputy Theatre Manager to support the Ophthalmology department. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of staff, including lead practitioners, and will act as the Theatre Manager in their absence.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and will possess excellent leadership and management skills. They will be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of the hospital's strategic vision and plan and be able to project manage and deliver on key initiatives.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
