Job Description

This key leadership position involves line management of lead practitioners, acting as Theatre Manager in their absence, and project managing key initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of healthcare professionals, ensuring seamless delivery of ophthalmology services, and maintaining high standards of patient care and safety.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of healthcare professionals
  • Act as Theatre Manager in absence of designated manager
  • Project manage key initiatives to improve service delivery and patient outcomes
  • Ensure seamless delivery of ophthalmology services

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong track record of leadership and team development
  • Professional registration with NMC/HCPC
  • Competent in deploying resources to sustain activity levels
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will enjoy:
