An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and driven individual to lead the Diagnostic Imaging department in obtaining accreditation for Quality standard in Imaging (QSI).

**Job Summary**

This is a fixed-term / secondment position until 30th August 2025. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and supervising the accreditation and quality processes in the Diagnostic Imaging services, undertaking the required management and leadership tasks to support the accreditation processes.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage and supervise the accreditation and quality processes in the Diagnostic Imaging services.
  • Carry out the required management and leadership tasks to support the accreditation processes.

**Requirements**

  • A relevant postgraduate qualification would be advantageous.
  • Experience of staff management in multidisciplinary team working would be beneficial.
  • Involvement with devising and implementing competency frameworks for staff training would be desirable.
  • Awareness of the legal responsibilities of a radiology service to patients, service users, and staff would be essential.
  • Evidence of Continuing Professional Development would be highly regarded.

**Salary**: £60,000 - 80,000 per annum, depending on experience.

**Location**: Colchester and Ipswich Hospitals and Community Sites.
