As a Lead Kitchen Sales Designer at Howdens, you will have the opportunity to manage your own designs and leads while coaching and developing our dedicated Kitchen Sales Designer team. Your primary focus will be on delivering high-quality designs and excellent customer service to our trade customers and end users.

You will closely monitor the depot's lead bank to identify and nurture sales opportunities, ensuring timely design presentations and effective follow-ups with customers. Building long-term collaborative relationships with our trade customers and end users will be a key focus, allowing you to create lasting partnerships.

As a Lead Kitchen Sales Designer, you will have the confidence to negotiate with our trade customers, whilst promoting and protecting the integrity and value of the design and the quality of our products.

We offer a competitive base salary, monthly depot bonus OTE, team incentives and outings, matched contribution pension scheme, 24 days holiday, rising to 26 days after 5 years, staff discount on Howdens products, and buy as you earn share scheme.
