About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Kitchen Sales Designer to join our team at Howdens. As a Lead Kitchen Sales Designer, you will be responsible for managing your own designs and leads, coaching and developing our dedicated Kitchen Sales Designer team, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality designs and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage your own designs and leads, identifying and nurturing sales opportunities to ensure timely design presentations and effective follow-ups with customers.
  • Closely monitor the depot's lead bank to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities.
  • Build long-term collaborative relationships with our trade customers and end users, creating lasting partnerships and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Provide expert advice to customers, listening to their vision and needs, and offering tailored design solutions that exceed their expectations.
  • Negotiate with trade customers, promoting and protecting the integrity and value of our designs and products.
