About the Role

At Wren Kitchens, we're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Trade Sales Designer to join our team. As a Trade Sales Designer, you'll play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional customer experience, showcasing our cutting-edge kitchen and bedroom designs, and driving sales growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored design solutions.
  • Conduct thorough surveys of customers' homes, accurately measuring and capturing reference photos to create bespoke designs.
  • Effectively manage your schedule, allocating sufficient time to each customer to create their dream kitchen and bedroom designs.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to generate interest in Wren Kitchens, actively follow up, and keep in contact with all leads to guarantee success.

About You

  • A creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
  • Commitment to delivering an exceptional level of service to every customer.
  • Flexibility regarding working hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate our customers' needs.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Full UK manual driving license with no more than 6 points.
  • Organised and capable of working independently, effectively managing your time to optimise each customer's experience.
