About the Role

Our cutting-edge showrooms serve as a constant source of inspiration for our customers. We have a unique opportunity to meet customers in the comfort of their own homes, delivering an authentic Wren design experience. This role provides an incredible chance for customers to experience a home measure and design in areas where our fantastic showrooms are not easily accessible.

We have Trade Field Sales Designer roles available and are looking for self-motivated, consistent high achievers.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Inspire customers by showcasing the boundless possibilities of Wren's kitchen and bedroom designs. Guide customers throughout the entire process, from initial inquiry to their first design, and witness the transformation of their dream kitchen & bedrooms into reality.
  • Conduct thorough surveys of customers' homes, accurately measuring and capturing reference photos. You'll explain this process to the customer during your visit.
  • Effectively manage your schedule, allocating sufficient time to each customer to create their dream design.
  • Remain an active presence in your area, proactively identifying opportunities to generate interest in Wren & actively follow up and keep in contact with all leads, using the Wren way to guarantee success

About You:
  • A creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
  • Commitment to delivering an exceptional level of service to every customer.
  • Flexibility regarding working hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate our customers' needs.
  • Ability to work independently
  • Full UK manual driving license with no more than 6 points
  • Organized and capable of working independently, effectively managing your time to optimize each customer's experience.
