About The Role

At Wren Kitchens, we're passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Trade Field Sales Designer, you'll play a vital role in bringing our customers' dream kitchens and bedrooms to life. With a unique blend of sales and design expertise, you'll inspire customers to explore the endless possibilities of our products and services.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough surveys of customers' homes, accurately measuring and capturing reference photos to create bespoke designs.
  • Guide customers throughout the entire process, from initial inquiry to their first design, and witness the transformation of their dream kitchen & bedrooms into reality.
  • Effectively manage your schedule, allocating sufficient time to each customer to create their dream design.
  • Remain an active presence in your area, proactively identifying opportunities to generate interest in Wren & actively follow up and keep in contact with all leads, using the Wren way to guarantee success.

About You
  • A creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
  • Commitment to delivering an exceptional level of service to every customer.
  • Flexibility regarding working hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate our customers' needs.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Full UK manual driving license with no more than 6 points.
  • Organised and capable of working independently, effectively managing your time to optimise each customer's experience.
