About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Area Administrator. As a key member of our support services team, you will provide administrative support to our Service Managers and Area Operations Managers, ensuring the smooth operation of our services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the management team, including monitoring office environment and phone lines
- Develop digital ways of working to improve efficiency and productivity
- Coordinate and report on information and data to support the management team
- Deliver high-quality customer service to internal stakeholders
- Manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
- Excellent typing and computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office
- Experience in drafting letters and reports
- Administrative experience, preferably in a support role
- Strong telephone communication skills
- Ability to take notes and maintain accurate records
- Experience in recruitment is an advantage
