About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Area Administrator. As a key member of our support services team, you will provide administrative support to our Service Managers and Area Operations Managers, ensuring the smooth operation of our services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the management team, including monitoring office environment and phone lines
  • Develop digital ways of working to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Coordinate and report on information and data to support the management team
  • Deliver high-quality customer service to internal stakeholders
  • Manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

  • Excellent typing and computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office
  • Experience in drafting letters and reports
  • Administrative experience, preferably in a support role
  • Strong telephone communication skills
  • Ability to take notes and maintain accurate records
  • Experience in recruitment is an advantage
