GC&E Commercial Manager

Join the Hilton Hotels team as a GC&E Commercial Manager and take on a challenging role that requires strategic thinking, leadership, and commercial acumen. As a key member of the Cluster team, you will be responsible for driving commercial growth and maximizing revenue across multiple hotels in the London Cluster.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive revenue growth and maximize profitability
  • Lead a team of GC&E Managers and Executives to achieve commercial objectives
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure alignment between on-property commercial teams and the Cluster
  • Analyze data and identify trends to inform commercial decisions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with hotel commercial teams to ensure effective implementation of commercial strategies
  • Contribute to the development of commercial policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a commercial or GC&E role, with a strong track record of driving revenue growth and maximizing profitability
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify trends
  • Fluency in English, both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
