Business Development Executive

Humres is a leading provider of bespoke access solutions, helping customers work safely at heights across various industries. Our team is seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to join our ranks.
As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business areas and revenue streams, managing existing clients for customer satisfaction, and building long-term relationships.
Your primary focus will be on developing market understanding and competitors analysis, cross-selling products and services, coordinating activities to achieve sales goals, and attending on-site client visits.
We are looking for a candidate with a solid engineering background, excellent commercial skills, and a keen interest in technology and industrial applications.
A presentable and consultative sales approach, coupled with excellent communication and presentation skills, is essential for success in this role.
In addition, you should have the ability to build long-term client relationships and possess a full UK driving license.
This role offers market leading products, opportunities for progression, full training, and support from a well-established team.
The estimated salary for this position is £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
