Business Development Associate

World Insurance Associates, LLC is seeking a Business Development Associate to join our team. As a Business Development Associate, you will work closely with the Account Executive to identify new business opportunities and build relationships with existing clients. The ideal candidate will have two years of experience in Commercial Lines Account Management or support and hold a Property & Casualty License.
The estimated salary for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on location and experience. As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to grow business, identifying and pursuing new leads, and building relationships with key decision-makers. You will also assist with handling renewals, service requests, claims, billing, and new policies.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong sales and marketing skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also need to be self-motivated and able to meet deadlines.
