Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Senior Director to join our team and lead the expansion of Costa RTD Coffee into new markets. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading projects and businesses with end-to-end scope, experience in franchise leadership, commercial/customer execution, business development, and route-to-market management.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy for RTD Coffee expansion into new markets
- Lead the communication and relationship with our System partner, responsible for system alignment in the determined geographies of expansion
- Create a picture of success in commercial/customer execution for existing and new markets, working in collaboration with the GV RGM team
- Lead the commercial performance management routines with existing countries and follow up relevant action plans
Requirements
- 15 years of relevant work experience with knowledge of the beverage or CPG industry
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Proven track record of working as a leader to successfully lead projects/businesses with end-to-end scope, experience in franchise leadership, commercial/customer execution, business development, and RGM
- Demonstrated ability to work and communicate with cross-functional teams
- Has led complex workstreams and delivered end-to-end business cases
