Service Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Manager to join our client's main Car dealership in Canterbury. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Service Reception, Service Administration office, MOT Bays, Workshop, and Valeting Department.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a driven and customer-focused individual to take on a leadership role and drive business growth. You will be responsible for managing a team of 5 technicians, 1 apprentice, 2 service advisors, and 1 driver, ensuring that the department operates efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and control the day-to-day running of the Service Reception, Service Administration office, MOT Bays, Workshop, and Valeting Department.
- Oversee the performance of the team, providing guidance and support to ensure that targets are met.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and drive business growth.
- Manage the department's budget and resources, ensuring that costs are controlled and optimized.
- A competitive salary of £35-40k basic, with an achievable OTE of £60-65k.
