Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Manager to join our team at Command Recruitment. As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our busy workshop, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our team is motivated and productive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and control the Service Reception, Service Administration office, MOT Bays, Workshop, and Valeting Department
- Lead a team of Service Advisors, Technicians, and Drivers to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, sales, and productivity
- Collaborate with senior management to achieve business objectives and goals
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Service Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to motivate and develop a team
- Results-focused attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
