We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Manager to join our client's main Car dealership in Canterbury, Kent. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Service Reception, Service Administration office, MOT Bays, Workshop, and Valeting Department.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and control the service department to achieve business growth and improve customer satisfaction
- Lead a team of Service Advisors, Technicians, Drivers, and an Apprentice to ensure seamless service delivery
- Develop and implement strategies to increase hours sold and improve departmental performance
- Collaborate with senior management to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency
- Proven experience as a Service Manager or in a similar role in the automotive industry
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to motivate and develop a high-performing team
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business growth
- Strong customer service focus and commitment to delivering exceptional results
- Competitive salary of £35-£40k basic and £60-£65k OTE
