About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and customer-focused individual to take on a leadership role and drive business growth. You will be responsible for managing a team of 5 technicians, 1 apprentice, 2 service advisors, and 1 driver, ensuring that they are equipped to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and control the day-to-day running of the Service Reception, Service Administration office, MOT Bays, Workshop, and Valeting Department
  • Oversee the performance of the service team, providing coaching and guidance to ensure they meet sales and customer satisfaction targets
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, sales, and profitability
  • Manage the service budget, ensuring that costs are controlled and optimized
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and delivery of services
