Store Sales and Team Development Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Store Sales and Team Development Assistant to join our team at Crew Clothing. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving consistent improvement to our stores' sales, KPIs, and overall performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Achieve sales targets by demonstrating passion for our product and brand
• Provide accurate information about our product to customers, including features and benefits, and stock availability
• Promote our multi-channel shopping options to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
• Create an inviting and welcoming atmosphere for our customers
• Process sales transactions with care and in line with company guidelines
Essential Skills and Experience:
• Customer service focused
• Good communication skills
• Experience in the retail industry
Desirable Skills and Experience:
• Good IT skills
• Experience of working in a luxury fashion brand
