The Store Oxford is a luxury lifestyle hotel set in the heart of Oxford, offering a unique blend of history and modernity. As a Boutique Sales Ambassador, you will play a key role in ensuring a seamless and personalized guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Qualify leads from various sources to identify business potential for groups and events
  • Work closely with the Director of Sales to analyze evidence of buyer activity in competitor hotels and identify potential sources of new business
  • Arrange site inspections for prospective clients and prospect business
  • Issue contracts and proforma invoices upon successful negotiation
  • Follow up on all prospect and tentative bookings, keeping the Director of Sales informed

To succeed in this role, you will need to be proactive, have excellent communication skills, and be able to manage multiple priorities. Previous experience in sales, particularly in a hotel setting, is essential.
