Store Sales and Team Development Manager

Crew Clothing is seeking an exceptional Assistant Manager to join our team at Summertown, Oxford. This exciting opportunity offers the chance to drive consistent improvement in store sales, KPIs, and team performance.
About the RoleAs a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for assisting the manager in achieving sales targets, recruiting, retaining, motivating, and developing the team to drive store success. You will maintain exceptional visual merchandising standards, create a delightful shopping experience for customers, and process sales transactions with care.
Key Responsibilities- Achieve sales targets by demonstrating passion for the product and brand
