About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Reservations Consultant to join our team at Balmoral Hotel. As a key member of our reservations team, you will be responsible for handling all accommodation enquiries, converting enquiries into bookings, and ensuring seamless service delivery to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deal with all accommodation enquiries and convert them into bookings
  • Input all bookings onto the system and confirm, amend or cancel reservations as required
  • Assist the Reservations Manager in maximising room sales at the highest possible average rate
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve any challenges as appropriately and professionally as possible
  • Work closely with the Reservations Manager to achieve team goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is essential
  • Excellent interpersonal and organisation skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Good computer skills and an excellent telephone manner
  • Ability to meet deadlines and provide seamless service delivery
