Manufacturing Engineer

As a key member of the M-Tec Engineering Solutions team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes. Your primary responsibility will be to communicate effectively with various departments to ensure that all manufacturing requirements are met.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing process improvements to increase Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and reduce waste.
- Collaborating with suppliers to introduce new machines, tools, and equipment that meet our quality and efficiency standards.
- Creating and maintaining process documents, including FMEA's, Process Flows, Control Plans, and Work Instructions.
- Supporting new product introduction (NPI) projects from design to launch.
- Improving manufacturing processes through Lean and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
To be successful in this role, you will need a degree in engineering or a related field, as well as relevant experience in Lean and CI project management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will be working closely with cross-functional teams and external partners.
