Manufacturing Engineer

Our client is seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join their team. As a key member of the manufacturing department, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing manufacturing processes and equipment to improve efficiency, quality, and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, manage, and deliver manufacturing programs for process, equipment, tooling, and factory layout improvements.
- Engineer solutions for manufacturing and production that deliver benefits in efficiency, quality, and accuracy.
- Manage and plan product changes, including quality cost and time justification.
- Develop future design and development of factory layout scenarios and process flow design.
- Support production engineering with longer-term continuous improvement projects.
- HND or equivalent qualification in Mechanical / Manufacturing Engineering or similar qualification.
- Working experience in a high-speed, high-pressure electro-mechanical manufacturing and production environment.
- Hands-on experience in use and application of PFMEA, Control Plan, and Process Flow tools.
- Strong track record in continuous improvement and project management.
- Experience of industrial design and engineering, including factory layout and assembly process development.
