We are seeking an experienced Catering Manager to lead our kitchen and service teams in delivering exceptional food experiences for students and staff. As a key member of our Chartwells team, you will be responsible for overseeing all catering operations, including managing inventories, monitoring budgets, and implementing action plans.

Your Key Accountabilities:
  1. Prepare and present high-quality food that meets customer expectations and exceeds them where possible.
  2. Supervise culinary and catering teams, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless operations.
  3. Oversee the efficiency of all in-unit catering operations, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing effective solutions.
  4. Communicate regularly with your line manager to monitor KPIs and targets, driving business growth and excellence.

Salary and Benefits:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our Chartwells team as a Catering Manager, working in partnership with Compass Group UK&I. We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career advancement.
