Conveyancing Administrator Job Opportunity

Austin Fraser is recruiting a skilled Conveyancing Administrator to join our team in Ipswich. The ideal candidate will have excellent administrative and communication skills, with a proven track record of managing day-to-day tasks.

  • The successful applicant will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and filing systems, ensuring all documents are up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • They will also assist clients with inquiries, providing timely and professional responses to their needs.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Legal Secretary or Conveyancing Administrator is required.
  • Excellent administrative and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, are essential.
  • Experience in Private Client and Conveyancing is highly desirable.
Benefits:
  • A competitive salary of £31,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • Holiday entitlement: 25 days rising to 30 days with length of service.
