Job DescriptionAbout the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at Hansen Filler Associates. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with our engineering and manufacturing leaders, providing strategic support and guidance to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Strategic Partnerships: Build meaningful relationships with stakeholders and people leaders to gain trust and positively influence decisions and initiatives.
  • Provide Commercial HR Support: Offer a wide-ranging and commercially focused HR Business Partnering service to people leaders, ensuring they have the necessary tools and capability to professionally manage themselves and their employees.
  • Coach and Develop: Build management capability through coaching and challenging on people management decisions.
  • Create Solutions: Create solutions to people issues that enable stakeholders to better meet their commercial objectives.
  • Policy Implementation: Implement, maintain and advocate for HR policies to deliver business goals, ensuring the appropriate legislation is adhered to.
  • Advice and Guidance: Advise on HR legal and employee relations matters to ensure consistency, legal compliance and risk mitigation.
  • HR Initiatives: Advocate for HR initiatives and projects aligned to the HR and Business strategies.
  • People Analytics: Use key people analytics to identify potential issues, find trends, inform decisions and make recommendations to key stakeholders.
  • Talent Acquisition: Partner with Talent Acquisition to drive recruitment to attract, develop and retain talent and build a pipeline for key positions.
  • Employee Lifecycle: Manage the full employee lifecycle through the HRIS ensuring the accuracy of data.
  • Succession Planning: Identify critical roles and develop succession strategies, nurturing high-potential employee through career development and training initiatives.
  • GDPR Compliance: Effectively manage employee information in line with GDPR.
Requirements
  • HR Experience: Experienced HR Business Partner, ideally supported by CIPD level 7.
  • Generalist HR Role: Experience in a generalist HR role with a business partner approach.
  • Add Value: Proven background in adding value and improving efficiencies.
  • UK Employment Law: Excellent knowledge of UK employment law.
  • Workday Experience: Experience using Workday is advantageous.
  • Engineering/Manufacturing: Experience working in an Engineering/Manufacturing environment.
  • Communication Skills: Confident influencer and communicator.
  • Results Oriented: Motivated by results and strives to exceed expectations.
  • Team Player: High energy, creative and resourceful self-starter.
  • Flexibility: Has a flexible approach to meet the changing demands of the business.
  • Excellent English: Excellent written and spoken English is essential.
  • Good Networking Skills: Good networking skills.
  • Travel: Willing to travel on occasion.
Security Clearance:

Candidates must be able to achieve SC security clearance.
