You will provide essential administrative support to the Director and Heads of Service across the Library, Academic Skills, and English Language Hub.
- Oversee timetables, manage module administration, and support student enrolments for Academic Writing in English courses.
- Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries via email systems.
- Contribute to service improvement projects and participate in university-wide initiatives.
- Collect, maintain, and analyze data to monitor student outcomes and support decision-making.
- Coordinate and manage events, including on-campus activities and team training sessions.
Key Requirements:
- Advanced proficiency in Office 365 tools, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
