We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our Learning Success Hub at Arden University. This role plays a central part in ensuring the effective operation of our services.

You will provide essential administrative support to the Director and Heads of Service across the Library, Academic Skills, and English Language Hub.

  • Oversee timetables, manage module administration, and support student enrolments for Academic Writing in English courses.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries via email systems.
  • Contribute to service improvement projects and participate in university-wide initiatives.
  • Collect, maintain, and analyze data to monitor student outcomes and support decision-making.
  • Coordinate and manage events, including on-campus activities and team training sessions.

Key Requirements:

  • Advanced proficiency in Office 365 tools, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Prior experience in administrative roles or similar environments.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
