We are an outstanding school in Hillingdon, London, seeking a dedicated SEN Administrator to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly organized and communicative individual to support the smooth running of our SEN provision. As an SEN Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in liaising with staff, parents, and external agencies to ensure the learning and development of our students with special educational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the SEN department, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations
  • Liaise with teachers, parents, and external agencies to coordinate support plans and progress updates
  • Manage records, reports, and data related to SEN provision, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including staff, parents, and external partners

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar SEN Administrator role
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities
  • Knowledge of SEN policies and procedures, including legal requirements
  • A clear DBS check and legal right to work in the UK

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience
